**UPDATE as of 8/3/18** Ladies! Wowza! This was one for the record books! We reached our capacity, for mom's bringing kids, at 10:48! We couldn't believe it, you guys. We do still have room for a few moms who will NOT need to bring kids and thus will NOT need to utilize our childcare. We also have started our wait list for moms who DO need to use our childcare. Below you will find a link to sign up if you do not need to bring kids and a link for our waitlist.
Just as a reminder, to qualify for MOPS, you need to have a child aged 0-5 years old. So hopefully some of you out there have kiddos in preschool or Kindergarten or maybe with a trusted babysitter who can still sign up! We also remind you that our meeting policy is that babies aged 6 months and up be placed in childcare unless you need to nurse them in that moment.

2018-2019 Registration Options
We are excited that you are interested in attending MOPS with us this year! This year we will be able to accept:
90 moms who will need to use our childcare!
20 moms who will not need to use our childcare!
(A brief reminder: our meeting policy is that we kindly ask that babies 6 months and older, unless they need to be nursed at that particular moment, be placed in our childcare for various reasons.)
You can find our meeting dates here (current and future). Our registration is open to ANYONE who meets MOPS qualifications (you're eligible starting from when you are pregnant with your first child up to and including your youngest child's Kindergarten year)! It is not just for our current and past members! So feel free to tell a friend about it :)
This fee covers the entire MOPS year (Sept-May) and is due in full on registration day.

We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you need one, we ask that you fill out the following form no later thanJuly 20th, so that we have time to consider it and inform you on what we're able to do prior to registration day.

BONUS: We love the support we get from our wonderful Children's Ministry. We wouldn't be able to provide childcare without all of the help and spaces they give us. So, again this year we'll be collecting donation items to bless them with and say a big THANK YOU! If you feel led, please feel free to bring any of their top needed items along with you to drop off when you register:
FAQ's Q: I will be on vacation/having a baby/training alpacas on that day. Will I miss out?
A: Nope! A friend is allowed to bring your form for you if you cannot make it. So, there's likely no need to rush or worry. You will neither need to be nervous all summer about getting in, nor camp out in the church parking lot. Everything went incredibly smoothly the last two years. Online moved a little faster last year than the year before, but with a higher limit of moms this year, we're feeling confident all will be well.
Q: How many forms can one mom bring?
A: Two. One mom can bring one form for herself and one for a friend who couldn't make it out. Please don't show up in a trench coat, smuggling in stacks of forms the way you might smuggle broken toys out of the house.
Q: Do I need to pay in full on registration day?
A: Yes, ma'am. But at least it's just once and then you can forget about it for the rest of the year. Also known as "my approach to doing laundry, dishes, exercising or cooking." On site, we prefer cash or check (please please).
Q: That rate seems pretty high. What am I getting out of this?
A: Um, everything. Hot food that you get to eat in peace (we promise, none of the other moms will ask you to cut their food or tell you they hate it and throw it at you). Fun crafts. Great topics to discuss and learn about. Friendship. TWO hours of childcare! It seems like a lot added up, but broken down...it's a dang steal. Approximately $6.25 for two hours of childcare AND breakfast?? Yes, MA'AM.
Q: Wait, did you mention a wait list? Tell me more about that, please.
A: After we hit our limit of moms, any further moms who would like to join are asked to fill out our wait list form (which will be shared here on registration day). We are able to bring moms in off of our wait list as space becomes available in our childcare rooms. We go through the list on a first come basis but yes, a mom who joined the wait list first, could get skipped over because we don't have space in the childcare rooms that her kids would go in (which is all based on age). When a registered mom chooses to leave the group, we check the wait list to see if we can fill her kids space.(Note: the emphasis is on childcare, as that is the prime, but not sole, reason for our limit. Fire code and the safety of our kiddos. So yes, it is possible that a mom could leave and that we may not be able to fill her space if those on the wait list have children that would go into a childcare room that is currently full. Though we try our best to get someone in to fill the spot!)
Throughout the year, we are also diligent about monitoring attendance and if we notice that certain childcare rooms frequently show more space, then we also check the wait list to see if anyone on it can fill that space, even if a current mom has not left our program. So yes, that means there is potential to go above our mom cap, if childcare space is available. We do not love the idea of saying no to any mom, but we feel that God gave us this plan and we just want to do our part in following it.
